Use these ten tips to help you make a great first impression at your new job:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><strong>Talk to people<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #444444;\">Be friendly and get to know your new colleagues, smile at everyone and care about their work. This shows that you are approachable, interested in developing relationships with colleagues, and people will be friendly with you back.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><strong>Absorb as much information as possible<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #444444;\">During your first few weeks at your new company, you will be exposed to a lot of information. Don&#039;t worry if you can&#039;t remember everything because everyone can&#039;t. However, you should try to absorb as much important information as quickly as possible.
