With the strategic orientation of developing in-depth human resource management software, OOS Software pays great attention to the human factor. As a Business Analyst, what will you do:<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Participating in large projects, surveying the current situation of human resource management of enterprises, capturing and analyzing the customer's human resource requirements and processes.<\/li>\n
  • Design business documents based on survey results.<\/li>\n
  • Transfer of expertise, transfer of solutions to the technical department of the Company.<\/li>\n
  • Receive products from inspection and testing department.<\/li>\n
  • Operate the product before handing it over to the Customer<\/li>\n
  • Design user manuals, training and delivery to customers.<\/li>\n
  • Guide and support users to operate the system after handing over.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    We need Business Analysts who have:<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • The candidate has the desire to become a professional BA, has the ability to learn quickly and is looking for a long-term working environment.<\/li>\n
    • You can graduate from the following majors: Information Technology, Management Informatics, Human Resource Management or not in the right major but have enough determination to pursue a career.<\/li>\n
    • Have good office computer skills, basic tools for work.<\/li>\n
    • If you have BA experience, that's fine, if not, you will be trained according to the process standards.<\/li>\n
    • Think positive, act positive and always aim for work, better results every day<\/li>\n
    • Have a personal laptop<\/li>\n
    • Have a good sense of responsibility towards work and colleagues<\/li>\n
    • Self-learning and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
