Therefore, for the convenience of NTD verification, you should provide the names and contact information of at least 3 people. These are people who have worked directly with you for at least 6 months and know your skills and work achievements (including at least one of your direct managers).

Introduce you to future colleagues

It's a good sign that the employer wants to introduce you to a future colleague during the interview or let you know there are some people they would like you to meet right after. Human resources experts commented: “Managers are very careful. They won't take the risk of introducing a new candidate to their team if this person doesn't have a lot of potential to become an employee of the company. It should be noted that NTDs may ask work group members to comment on you, so be friendly and make a good impression on everyone you meet.”

Pay attention to the job transition

When you are likely to be on the radar of NTDs, you will be asked things like: when can you start a new job? What are the terms in the labor contract related to competition in the same industry… According to Honaman, NTD needs to know the procedures that need to be followed so that you can leave your current company and switch to them.

“What salary do you want”

Depending on the stage of the hiring process, if an employer asks what your expected salary is, this can be a good sign as it shows they are interested in your qualifications. This question usually comes in two forms, “What kind of salary do you want?” or “What is your current salary?”. Whether you get hired or not depends quite a bit on how you answer this question. Therefore, prepare an answer to this question, do not wait until the consumer asks to think.

You get the employer to spend a lot of time sharing information

When the consumer spends a lot of time answering your questions, it's a sign that they want to introduce the company's business, colleagues and work to you to convince you to work for them. In most interviews, the NTD will ask you if you have any questions for them as part of the procedure. However, if you don't impress them, they won't spend much time answering your questions.

Interview time is longer

If the consumer doesn't "grade" you, they will find a way to end the interview early. In the opinion of some human resources experts: “Sometimes, the interview time will take longer than expected because the consumer wants to know more information about you or wants to share more with you about the company and the job. you're applying for." If you don't impress them, they will never extend the interview.

Non-verbal communication gestures

NTDs' nonverbal communication often tells you a lot about how they judge you. Pay attention to consumer gestures like taking notes, smiling, shaking your head, or asking probing questions. According to Honaman, at the same time that the consumer is taking notes while constantly looking at his watch or just asking general questions, chances are you are giving the interview poorly.

Your fit with the company culture

The more NTDs talk about your fit with their company culture, the happier you can be. Most managers are often looking for candidates who are able to integrate into a team or work independently. If the consumer wants to give you a chance, they will share more information about the company culture with you and try to impress you with the advantages of the company.

Of course, the above signs only partially help you predict the likelihood of getting the job you want. And it's very likely that other candidates are as good at interviewing as you are. However, if you see two or more of these signs, you know you have a good chance of winning. Additionally, Honaman notes that while you recognize many of the signs that you've answered the interview well, you should actively stay in touch with the NTD to ensure your smooth transition.

Thông thường, các ứng viên hay chú tâm đến những sai sót đã mắc phải hơn là những “điểm” ghi được trong buổi phỏng vấn.
