As a Business Analyst, what will you do:

• Participating in large projects, surveying the current situation of human resource management of enterprises, capturing and analyzing the customer's human resource requirements and processes.
• Design business documents based on survey results.
• Transfer of expertise, transfer of solutions to the technical department of the Company.
• Receive products from inspection and testing department.
• Operate the product before handing it over to the Customer
• Design user manuals, training and delivery to customers.
• Guide and support users to operate the system after handing over.

We need Business Analysts who have:

• The candidate has the desire to become a professional BA, has the ability to learn quickly and is looking for a long-term working environment.
• You can graduate from the following majors: Information Technology, Management Informatics, Human Resource Management or not in the right major but have enough determination to pursue a career.
• Have good office computer skills, basic tools for work.
• If you have BA experience, that's fine, if not, you will be trained according to the process standards.
• Think positive, act positive and always aim for work, better results every day
