As Marketing Manager at OOS Software, you will:

Controlling Digital Marketing activities: Developing strategies, marketing strategies for products, communication programs, and promotions in line with the company's orientation.
Understanding Digital Marketing tools online: SEO, SEM, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Email, SMS, etc. Choose the type to use and reach customers in each short-term and long-term campaign on Internet Marketing
Positioning and developing brands and products and services on websites, forums, facebook, wordpress,… and other social networks…
Planning, implementing and monitoring advertisements for the Company's products and services on Online channels: Google, Facebook, TikTok,...
Search and develop a team of Marketing specialists
Build a network of partners, develop specific marketing plans for the department
Understand the technical regulations of each digital channel to optimize content, images and advertising quality
Coordinate with related departments to ensure work progress and results
Perform duties as requested by superiors.

We look for Project Manager:

Candidates who have the desire to become a professional Marketing Personnel, capable of learning quickly and looking for a long-term working environment.
University degree or above majoring in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or similar fields.
Have experience in the position of Leader/Head of Department or similar positions
Experience with technology products, B2B is an advantage
Sensitive, good observation, know how to grasp the trend of the company's services in the market.
Have good office computer skills, basic tools for work.
Think positively, act positively and always aim for work, better results every day.
Have a good sense of responsibility towards work and colleagues
Self-learning and problem-solving skills
Understanding other aspects of business operations
