M2 Fashion Company was established in 2013. After 08 years of construction and development, M2 has now affirmed its prestige in the Vietnamese fashion market and has 18 stores spanning the country and one store in Russian Federation with 500 employees.

Real math problems

Before using the software, the entire process and forms of human resource management at M2 were done entirely in Excel, including the management of file information, timekeeping, salary calculation, Insurance - PIT.

Project characteristics before software deployment:

• Human resource information is inconsistent and complete: When managing personnel on Excel, information and processes are saved in text format and each process is a column, etc., so it is often difficult for personnel to summarize. data.
• The monthly timesheets are sent to the head office to calculate wages/salary by the stores, sometimes inaccurate, and have to be adjusted many times.
• Salary calculation is slow, many errors, complex business salaries take time.
• Sales staff at the store change constantly, most of them are female, so PIT and Insurance transactions are often handled.

• The software calculates the salary of all salary groups, the payroll of M2. With a business salary group, it is quite complicated because it involves many product groups, many unit prices, and performance bonuses
• Support printing, extracting reports, forms related to monthly salary on the software system.
• Integrate accounting, sales, ERP systems to get payroll data.

• The system accurately calculates monthly social insurance costs.
• The system has built a warning function, creating fluctuations in the increase/decrease of social insurance from data related to employees such as contracts, wages, salaries, sick leave, etc.
• The system has built reports, forms of social insurance to submit to the social insurance agency as well as templates to import changes to the social insurance software system.
