  • OOS succeeded in bringing all employees of Napas to digitize 100% on Humax software system.
  • The system supports importing changed data, changing personnel information smoothly, quickly, and with simple operation.
  • The system supports printing, extracting forms, and reporting according to Napas' specific management characteristics.
About timekeeping - salary calculation:
  • The system has succeeded in automating the 100% Timekeeping module and connecting directly to the timekeeper without the need for middleware.
  • The system supports the successful calculation of salaries of all salary groups and payrolls of Napas. In particular, the system supports that an employee in the same month can be listed on more than one payroll.
  • The system supports printing, extracting reports and forms related to monthly salary on the software system.
About social insurance
  • The system accurately calculates monthly social insurance costs.
  • The system has built a warning function, creating fluctuations in the increase/decrease of social insurance from data related to employees such as contracts, wages, salaries, sick leave, etc.
  • The system has built reports, forms of social insurance to submit to the social insurance agency as well as templates to import changes to the social insurance software system.
About the HR portal
  • The employee support system can directly access the portal system to track and check their personal information. From there, the user support system can update their correct information and approve the update to the system through approval.
  • The employee support system can view their monthly payslips, pay sheets, and payslips directly on the portal.
