TH Group

TH Group was established with the financial advice of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank. In addition to financial services business and social security activities, Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank pays special attention to investing in the dairy and food processing industry. From that starting point, TH Group is gradually developing to become a leading manufacturer in Vietnam providing clean food products derived from nature, including fresh milk, clean vegetables, … of international quality.
With the criterion of keeping the essence of nature intact in each product, TH Group has equipped with modern technology as well as the world's leading human resources. TH Group also applies a high-end management system and a synchronous closed production process from farming to distributing products to consumers. All are aimed at serving consumers the cleanest, safest, freshest and most nutritious products.
TH Group's product portfolio currently includes TH true MILK pasteurized fresh milk products. TH Group is also developing a retail store system TH truemart.

Real math problems

Before using the software, the entire human resource management process at TH was done entirely in Excel. Including information management, timekeeping, salary calculation, insurance.
Difficulties before deploying the software:

  • Personnel information managed on excel is messy, subsidiaries manage data according to different templates, which are not standardized, making it difficult to push data onto the system.
  • The reporting and charting system has not been completed yet and is constantly changing.
  • The number of large shifts, timekeeping rules, working hours, and overtime work are different for each company. In addition, TH also has a rule that few companies have, which is to go to work an extra hour or two every day to make up for a day of not having to work, making it difficult for the software to process.
  • The salary calculation rule is complicated because TH is a multi-industry corporation, each industry has different characteristics in terms of mechanism. However, TH side wants to standardize companies on a salary calculation method, so during the implementation period, the two sides must work together, agree and exchange, leading to the construction and repair system many times.
  • Because it is a multi-industry corporation, there are also FDI companies, so the insurance rules are complicated and overlapping.

About personnel information management:

  • OOS has succeeded in bringing the tree system of organization charts, titles, positions, and manipulatives to the software system.
  • Provide a complete reporting system and forms for TH. Support printing forms in bulk when required.
  • Successfully integrating data exchange system between OOS - SAP and OOS - LOTUS

About timekeeping - salary calculation:

  • The system has accurately calculated the working time and overtime of employees.
  • Give users accurate warnings about timekeeping status, leaving early and leaving late, complying with employees' card swiping rules
  • Transfer data from the timekeeping module to the payroll module to calculate and pay monthly salaries for employees
  • Accurate salary calculation for all companies of TRI
  • Support emailing pay slips to employees
  • Support printing of reports, attendance sheet, salary on the software system
  • Support annual tax finalization, printing forms integrated into tax software system.

About social insurance

  • The system accurately calculates monthly social insurance costs.
  • The system has built a warning function, creating fluctuations in the increase/decrease of social insurance from data related to employees such as contracts, wages, salaries, sick leave, etc.
  • The system has built reports, forms of social insurance to submit to the social insurance agency as well as templates to import changes to the social insurance software system.
