- Implemented according to the latest Agile & Scrum methodology, completed the project within 3 months.
- Provide a minimum of 6 receiving full-time participation in the Project. Including 2 professional consultants with more than 5 years of experience.
- Apply rewards and punishments to the project implementation team of both sides. The total amount of bonuses related to project quality and progress will be VND 200,000,000.
